Requirements

Responsibilities

  • ā—Own the end-to-end finance function, including accounting, FP&A, tax, audit, and compliance
  • ā—Build and formalize controllership processes appropriate for a venture-backed company
  • ā—Oversee and optimize relationships with outsourced accounting tax audit and advisory partners
  • ā—Manage and mentor existing finance talent including FP&A and strategic finance leads
  • ā—Own budgeting forecasting and operating models and translate financial data into business insights
  • ā—Maintain financial governance controls and audit readiness
  • ā—Oversee usage-based billing and invoicing infrastructure and partner with Product and Engineering
  • ā—Evaluate implement and improve finance systems and tooling including ERP billing and reporting
  • ā—Anticipate compliance tax and financial risk needs and proactively prepare for them
