Requirements

- āExperience and knowledge of selling services to the government and/or law enforcement sector
- āHands-on experience with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM software
- āSelf-starter able to work independently and demonstrate leadership within a larger team
- āStrong planning, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- āStrong negotiation skills and proven track record of closing deals
- āAttention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture
- āMulticultural approach and comfort working with diverse cultures and time zones
- āExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- āFluency in English, French and Spanish
- āWillingness and ability to travel

- āCollaborate with marketing, customer success, and professional services to expand your book of business
- āSeek and convey customer feedback to stakeholders and core teams
- āKeep up to date on industry trends and provide market feedback to the product team
- āPrioritise business accounts annually and establish objectives aligned with strategic plans
- āAssess threats, risks, or limitations related to client opportunities
