Requirements
- ā7-10+ years of progressive experience combining rigorous financial training with operating leadership in Strategic Finance or FP&A
- āPreferred background in Investment Banking or Private Equity followed by operating experience in Strategic Finance/FP&A at a high-growth tech company
- āExperience in FinTech, Crypto, Payments, or Brokerage is highly valued
- āAdvanced financial modeling skills including building complex integrated three-statement models and granular product profitability models
- āComfortable with modern software tools and large datasets; familiarity with SQL or BI tools (i.e. Databricks) is a major plus
- āLeverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and inform model assumptions
- āCommercial acumen with understanding of B2B/B2B2C API business models and revenue/net revenue dynamics in payments/fintech
- āAbility to document and articulate business issues in a timely and professional manner
- āEffective written and oral communication skills with ability to distill complex quantitative analysis
- āStrong attention to detail

Responsibilities
- āOwn and evolve the consolidated corporate financial model (three-statement model)
- āCreate dynamic top-down and bottom-up forecasts that drive headcount planning and capital allocation
- āArchitect a framework to track contribution margins per product and per-platform customer
- āLiaise with Product and Revenue teams to align technical resources with high-value customer demand
- āPartner with Revenue to structure complex enterprise contracts and provide pricing levers
- āLead commercial negotiations with infrastructure vendors and actively manage the COGS stack
- āProvide analytical support to senior finance leadership and maintain investor-facing financial models
- āBuild sensitivity and scenario analyses to pressure-test the business against market and regulatory shifts
- āDevelop customer cohort frameworks and analyze LTV and CAC across product lines
