You will oversee agent network acquisition and user growth operations for your region. Requirements
- ●Work authorization in Cameroon
- ●Fluent in English

- ●Master's degree in a related field
- ●At least 5 years relevant experience managing an agent network and/or user acquisition in Cameroon
- ●Minimum 2 years experience managing field-based teams
- ●Experience overseeing agent network activities in upcountry
- ●Prior launch experience desirable
Responsibilities
- ●Coordinate Field Officers to identify new agent locations and acquire agents
- ●Ensure agents are contracted in compliance with legal and policy requirements
- ●Train and certify agents on products and KYC AML CTF procedures
- ●Coordinate agent liquidity monitoring with Liquidity and Agent Quality teams
- ●Monitor agent performance and report emerging issues
- ●Identify agents for closure and recover company items and branding
- ●Manage Field Officers and field-based promoters for user recruitment
- ●Develop strategies to remove growth blockers and boost user retention
- ●Hire train and monitor distribution team members and use data for decisions
- ●Serve as primary contact for agency networks and new users
- ●Drive operational excellence manage costs and ensure regulatory compliance
- ●Champion customer service and implement quality service delivery standards
