You will work inside a growth squad to build systems, experiments, and features that drive activation, referrals, retention, and monetization. Requirements

- ●Strong product and analytical judgment able to form clear hypotheses from messy data
- ●Experience defining metrics and working with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Metabase, and SQL
- ●Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments and take ownership
- ●Ability to balance experimentation speed with product quality and regulatory constraints
- ●Strong communication skills to align teams around hypotheses and outcomes
- ●Experience in consumer fintech, crypto, marketplaces, or high-scale consumer apps is a plus
Responsibilities

- ●Design, prioritize, and run experiments across onboarding, referrals, lifecycle flows, pricing, and in-product nudges
- ●Partner with designers and engineers to clarify hypotheses, define scope, and remove blockers
- ●Improve onboarding and activation by reducing friction and optimizing time-to-value
- ●Drive referral and viral loops by designing mechanisms that encourage users to invite others
- ●Optimize retention and engagement by building lifecycle triggers and habit-forming loops
- ●Support monetization strategy by testing pricing, packaging, and revenue-driving features
- ●Continuously measure and iterate with systematic post-launch tracking
