Responsibilities
- āBuild growth engine by standing up campaigns, lifecycle journeys, qualification, and analytics systems
- āDesign and execute growth experiments, including in-product flows, onboarding optimizations, email campaigns, and funnel tests
- āOperationalize user data to create full-funnel motions that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
- āDefine growth metrics and build dashboards; partner with data teams to surface and act on insights
- āTailor growth strategies to different product lines and user journeys
- āRun manual outreach and build scrappy workflows while enabling future automation
