- ●Provide strategic administrative support aligned with deal flow, business priorities, and operational needs.
- ●Maintain institutional knowledge of projects, relationships, and business context.
- ●Track business development and strategic initiatives through key stages.
- ●Follow up on partnerships and deals to maintain momentum.
- ●Identify bottlenecks and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- ●Coordinate candidate pipeline management and scheduling for open positions.
- ●Maintain recruiting process integrity and timely candidate and hiring-team follow-up.
- ●Manage document preparation, review, and signature collection.
- ●Coordinate conference and industry-event registration and logistics.
- ●Maintain organized systems for time-sensitive administrative requirements.
