Requirements
- āMinimum 10+ years of experience in product planning, service development and management
- āProven experience building and scaling fintech systems in payments and remittance domains
- āDeep understanding of financial regulations including AML and KYC
- āExperience with Bank of Thailand (BOT) regulations
- āFamiliarity with Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO) requirements
- āUnderstanding of Personal Data Protection Committee guidelines under PDPA
- āExtensive experience in backend operations including settlement, clearing and reconciliation
- āExtensive experience writing comprehensive PRDs and high-level architectural planning
- āExceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- āNative-level fluency in English

- āDefine and drive long-term product vision for payment and cross-border remittance services
- āIntegrate regulatory compliance and data protection requirements into product development
- āLead creation of high-level service concepts and detailed functional specifications (PRDs)
