Requirements
- āMeaningful experience in DeFi collaborations or ecosystem growth with a track record of growing TVL and user activity
- āExperience with RWA protocols or tokenization platforms and understanding of issuance to onchain yield including collateral structures and redemption mechanics
- āDeep understanding of lending markets, AMMs, yield vaults, and liquidity incentives and ability to diagnose and solve growth issues
- āExperience working with institutional counterparts such as asset managers or family offices
- āHigh autonomy and accountability to metrics, treating protocol success as personally owned
