Key Responsibilities:

Managing business operations, including monitoring project progress, meeting deadlines, resource allocation, and budget management.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and development, to ensure alignment and timely execution of business initiatives.

Identifying and cultivating partnerships with other Web3 projects, startups, venture capitalists, and blockchain ecosystems to foster collaboration and unlock new opportunities.

Driving product adoption and user engagement through effective marketing strategies, community building, and outreach efforts in the Web3 space.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in business development, product management, or a strategic role, preferably within the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency space.

Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and DeFi.

Knowledge of Web3 platforms, decentralized applications (dApps), and blockchain tools.

Experience with DeFi protocols, NFT marketplaces, or DAOs.

Knowledge of tokenomics and understanding of the economic models behind Web3 projects.
