Requirements

  • ā—Experience working with crypto wallets and digital asset flows
  • ā—Experience supporting multiple legal entities and multi-currency environments
  • ā—Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy
  • ā—Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • ā—Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Responsibilities

  • ā—Prepare and form payment lists for vendor and intercompany payments
  • ā—Execute payments using online banking software
  • ā—Record and monitor customer receipts, PSP settlements, and crypto inflows in NetSuite
  • ā—Record and monitor executed payments and transfers in NetSuite
  • ā—Maintain accurate bank and crypto account mappings to NetSuite GL accounts
  • ā—Perform bank reconciliations for fiat and crypto using NetSuite and ZoneReconcile
  • ā—Monitor cash positions and liquidity across entities and currencies
  • ā—Support month-end close activities
  • ā—Ensure correct use of approval flows, roles, and controls for treasury processes in NetSuite
  • ā—Monitor financial products and services to maximize interest and effectiveness of liquid funds
  • ā—Work with accounting to ensure proper posting of treasury-related transactions
  • ā—Interact with banks, payment providers, and crypto platforms on operational issues
  • ā—Support continuous improvement and automation of NetSuite treasury workflows
