Background on Regen Foundation

Regen Foundation is the 501(c)(3) non-profit arm of Regen Network—a community dedicated to the ecological regeneration of the planet, leveraging the remote sensing and blockchain technologies to compensate land stewards for responsible land management.

The Foundation has three pillars:

• Scientific Research & Inquiry

• Education & Capacity Building

• Technological Tools for the Commons

Regen Foundation is also responsible for establishing the Community Stake Governance Model for Regen Ledger, the ecological blockchain of the ecosystem.

Background on Foundation Governance

Regen Foundation is led by its Executive Director, Revathi Kollegala

Board of Directors:

• President: Will Szal (Board Director and Treasurer at Terra Genesis International PBC and Steering Board Member at Redesigning for Resilience and Regeneration)

• Vice President: Dorn Cox (Project lead for Secretariat of OpenTEAM, Research Director at Wolfe’s Neck)

• Treasurer: Amanda Ravenhill (Cofounder Emeritus of Project Drawdown)

• Kei Kreutler (Cofounder of Gnosis Guild)

• Revathi Kollegala (Executive Director)

In coming years, the Board will be elected by Regen Consortium, Regen Foundation’s membership, currently composed of:

• Fibershed

• Kiss the Ground

• Glynwood

• Regen Network Development

• Savory Institute

• Terra Genesis International
