- āOwn recruiting end to end across technical and non-technical roles
- āBuild the recruiting function from scratch, including process, tooling, workflows, and interview operations
- āCreate clear hiring pipelines with defined stages, owners, next actions, and decision points
- āKeep complete control over candidate flow, interview logistics, follow-ups, and status changes
- āScreen candidates for quality, motivation, communication, and role fit
- āWork directly with founders to define roles, calibrate candidate quality, and tighten hiring standards
- āRun a process that is fast, organized, and high-signal
- āEliminate ambiguity, dropped balls, ghosting, and process drift
- āUse external recruiters where useful and manage them tightly
- āTrack pipeline health, conversion, bottlenecks, and throughput
- āContinuously improve the hiring system to increase quality and reduce wasted time
