Responsibilities
- āLead drafting review and negotiation of commercial agreements including client contracts strategic partnerships and vendor agreements
- āBuild and scale the legal function and develop best practices to improve efficiency
- āManage relationships with external counsel
- āExpand the legal function to cover additional jurisdictions and financial regulation
