Requirements

  • ā—5+ years building production systems where correctness and uptime matter
  • ā—Expertise in either the modern JVM ecosystem (Kotlin, Spring Boot, Kafka) or modern .NET (.NET, C#, ASP.NET Core)
  • ā—Experience with AWS, EKS and cloud-native observability
  • ā—Strong understanding of event-driven systems, idempotency and reconciliation
  • ā—Experience operating distributed systems in production
  • ā—Systems thinking and ability to communicate architecture, boundaries and data flows
  • ā—Daily practical experience using coding agents (e.g., Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, Aider)
  • ā—Have built or customised at least one agentic workflow, tool or automation used in practice
  • ā—Good judgment on human-in-the-loop requirements for regulated environments
  • ā—Strong written communication and ability to write readable design documents

Responsibilities
