Requirements
- ā7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- ā2+ years leading engineers as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead
- āExperience building or operating fintech platforms, ideally Cards-as-a-Service or card issuing ecosystems
- āProduction experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- āExperience with AWS
- āExperience with Nest.js
- āExperience building backend-heavy, API-driven systems
- āSolid understanding of distributed systems, reliability, and production operations
- āAbility to own architecture decisions and debug complex production issues
- āPractical knowledge of card issuing or processing, transaction lifecycles, risk, reconciliation, or ledgering
- āFluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese with professional English proficiency
- āNice to have: LATAM fintech scale-up experience, exposure to US or multi-region card programs, familiarity with crypto or stablecoin-based systems
