You will own the integrity of Paxos' financial records and build accounting infrastructure to support a fast-scaling, regulated financial services business. Requirements

  • ā—Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • ā—Drive the monthly quarterly and annual close for all entities
  • ā—Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
  • ā—Lead technical accounting research and document accounting positions
  • ā—Serve as primary point of contact for external auditors and manage financial audits
  • ā—Design implement and maintain internal controls for a regulated trust company
  • ā—Partner with Product and Engineering on product design to ensure accounting treatment and data flows
