Requirements
- āBachelor's degree in science or engineering or relevant field
- ā5+ years of proven experience in quality control, ideally in consumer goods or retail industries
- āQuality control experience in a manufacturing environment and/or field quality experience
- āStrong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices
- āStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different partners
- āDemonstrated proficiency in root cause analysis as applied in a manufacturing environment
