Job Description

You'll design and build robust, scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript. You'll develop and maintain React-based frontend interfaces that are performant and maintainable. You'll collaborate closely with product and design to shape features from discovery to delivery, and take ownership of work end-to-end ā€” scoping, building, shipping, and monitoring. You'll contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure, write secure, well-tested production-ready code, participate in code reviews and architectural discussions, and help maintain reliability and observability of production systems ā€” responding to incidents when they occur.

Requirements

  • ā—Production-proven experience with Node.js and TypeScript
  • ā—Solid React.js experience building and maintaining frontend applications
  • ā—Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) in production
  • ā—Working understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices
  • ā—Security-conscious approach to development
  • ā—Genuine sense of ownership and ability to work closely with product teams
  • ā—AWS experience (preferred)
  • ā—Terraform experience (preferred)
  • ā—Kubernetes experience (preferred)
  • ā—Experience in fintech, payments, transactions, or regulated financial systems (preferred)
  • ā—Based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam, Netherlands (preferred)

Responsibilities
