The Senior Creative/Art Director takes ideas from a blank page to finished, multi-touchpoint campaigns, owning every stage: insight, concept, copy, design, production, and final delivery. This is a hands-on owner's role: you'll own the craft, set a high bar in the details, and partner with the senior creative lead to direct work that shows up everywhere it needs to (on a phone, on a billboard, and in real life). You think in campaigns and you've built brands from zero to one. Above all, you want to create meaning and impact, brought to life in beautiful and culturally relevant ways.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Art-direct and design campaigns from concept through to execution, across digital, social, app, web, events, merch, and print
- Build campaigns from the initial insight and idea through concept, copy, design, production, and final delivery
- Translate briefs and brand guidelines into considered, premium work with strong typography and craft in the details
- Own and evolve KAST's brand (the visual and verbal identity, design language, and tone of voice) so it stays distinctive and consistent everywhere it shows up, in every market
- Lead and grow the creative team (designers, editors, and directors), raising the quality of everything we ship and acting as the final bar on craft
- Concept and direct multi-touchpoint work spanning advertising, digital, app, and real-life activations
- Drive both sides of the brief: brand-building work that makes people feel something, and performance creative that actually converts (paid social, app store, lifecycle), tested and sharpened on real results
- Lead creative for product launches and go-to-market moments across consumer, KAST Business, and new cards and tiers
- Present and sell the work: bring the founders and senior leadership along, and pivot fast when the brief or the market shifts
- Partner across the business with external agencies, production partners, and internal product, growth, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life
- Own creative budgets: take a number and run with it, making smart calls on where every dollar goes
- Translate KAST's mission and brand into work that feels premium and distinctly ours
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years in the creative industry, with at least 4 of those leading work as a Senior Creative or Art Director, with art direction at the core of your craft
- A strong agency background, ideally advertising or design agencies, where you've helped build brands from zero to one and worked with some of the biggest names in the world
- A carefully curated portfolio you've shaped end to end: from the original copy lines, to the design, to the execution, to the final delivery, with a clear command of art direction, typography, and motion
- Strong on both halves of the craft: you concept and write as comfortably as you art-direct
- Strong hands-on execution across Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; comfort in After Effects / motion is a plus
- Excellent presentation skills: you can articulate, sell, and defend the work to founders and senior leadership, and take feedback without ego
- Real fluency with budgets: you understand how they work and can run a project within one without hand-holding
- A genuine self-starter who thrives in ambiguity: you don't need a lot of direction, you grasp the brand's mission from day one, and you can pivot fast as priorities shift
- Experience leading IRL activations alongside advertising and digital campaigns
- Comfortable building for an app-first, multi-market audience, and fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

- A career that mixes agency pedigree with time spent in-house and/or freelancing
- Fintech, crypto, or web3 experience is welcome, but genuinely not required. We care far more about the quality of your ideas and your ability to execute them
