Requirements

- āExperience working with or supporting regulated financial services clients such as banking custody payments or capital markets
- āFamiliarity with cloud DevOps and CI/CD-driven execution
- āFamiliarity with agile hybrid and waterfall delivery models
- āStrong organizational and execution skills with ability to manage multiple delivery streams and priorities
- āAbility to communicate effectively with technical business and client stakeholders
- āSelf-starter with ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies and provide high-touch customer engagement
- āLanguages: Swiss German German and English required; French highly preferred for Geneva market; Italian a plus
- āLocation: Switzerland with focus on Zurich Geneva and Lugano
Responsibilities
- āExecute day-to-day delivery activities for assigned client solutions and manage project workstreams
- āPlan and track project activities including tasks timelines milestones deliverables and dependencies
- āProvide delivery input on scope sequencing risks and feasibility to support solution definition and deal shaping
- āExecute delivery plans covering timelines milestones resources dependencies and risks
- āCoordinate delivery activities across Engineering Product Integration vendors and client teams
- āTrack delivery progress risks and issues and escalate when appropriate
- āMaintain project documentation status reports and meeting artifacts
- āFacilitate planning sessions stand-ups and retrospectives
- āMonitor progress against delivery commitments and provide regular stakeholder updates
- āSupport testing go-live operational readiness and early-life production stabilization
- āEnsure delivery complies with governance quality contractual and regulatory requirements
- āContribute to delivery reporting documentation and client communications
- āDrive continuous improvement across delivery processes project management frameworks and tooling
