Requirements

●Proven experience supporting licensing, regulatory change and supervisory engagement in complex regulated environments
●Demonstrated experience handling M&A transactions and broader corporate legal matters
●Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trust across teams and seniority levels
●Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch preferred
●Pragmatic, resilient and collaborative mindset with high integrity and ownership

Responsibilities
