Responsibilities

  • ā—Achieve 5X current trading volume within a year by onboarding new traders and market makers and launching growth programs
  • ā—Own customer and user relationships and manage business development with traders, trading groups, and crypto funds
  • ā—Activate power users and design tailored go-to-market playbooks
  • ā—Partner closely with product, data, and engineering to identify and execute GTM loops that drive volume, TVL, and retention
  • ā—Collaborate with product marketing and community to shape product narratives, campaign strategy, and launch communications
  • ā—Continuously evaluate UX, liquidity loops, and user stickiness to improve product experience
