Responsibilities

  • ā—Communicate proactively with clients, carriers, and internal teams about shipment status and resolve issues
  • ā—Support sales with pre-sale and post-sale logistics coordination
  • ā—Execute warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, picking, packing, labeling, and shipment preparation
  • ā—Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates (WMS)
  • ā—Coordinate shipment bookings, pickup and delivery scheduling, and shipment tracking
  • ā—Prepare and review shipping documentation such as B/L, SLI, CI, and PL
  • ā—Ensure timely execution of shipments in accordance with SLAs
  • ā—Troubleshoot and resolve logistics, documentation, and inventory discrepancies
  • ā—Perform other logistics, customer service, or sales-support tasks as assigned
