About Nexus
Nexus is the engine for verifiable finance — a blockchain designed to natively embed the world’s financial system into one compounding system. Built to support every major financial market on a single global exchange, Nexus unifies infrastructure that has historically been fragmented across chains and intermediaries.
Headquartered in San Francisco with a growing presence in Buenos Aires, Nexus is proud to be a cross-continental team of engineers, cryptographers, and market builders. We’re investing deeply in the Latin American ecosystem — and always looking for world-class talent to join us.
Nexus is backed by leading investors, including Pantera, Lightspeed, Dragonfly, Faction, Blockchain Builders Fund, Alliance, and SVA, and works with more than 100 partners across the global finance and blockchain stack.
Role Overview
Nexus is seeking a Technical Recruiter based in LATAM to support our rapid growth across Engineering, Product, and Research teams. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-impact technical roles while driving sourcing strategies in the LATAM region and beyond.
You will work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to deliver a seamless candidate experience, ensure operational excellence in the hiring process, and help scale our world-class technical organization as we build the future of the Verifiable Internet.
Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Research functions—from sourcing through offer acceptance.
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team priorities, and hiring goals.
Develop sourcing strategies tailored to the LATAM talent market, with a focus on passive outreach and technical communities.
Build and maintain talent pipelines by engaging with local universities, tech communities, online forums, and events across LATAM.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clarity, transparency, and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
1–5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth startups or established tech companies.
Proven ability to source, assess, and close top technical talent, particularly Software Engineers, Engineering Leaders, and Product Managers.
Familiarity with roles in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, ML/AI, Web3, or high-performance computing preferred.
Strong organizational and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English
A proactive, results-oriented approach with a focus on delivering top-tier talent and exceptional candidate experiences.
