Requirements
- āProven experience designing, deploying, and scaling production agentic AI systems
- āDeep understanding of LLM orchestration, multi-agent system design, and autonomous AI workflow failure modes
- āStrong systems architecture capability from discovery through optimization
- āHands-on proficiency with Claude or Anthropic APIs, Python-based orchestration, n8n or equivalent workflow engines, and MCP or similar agent coordination layers
- āStrong knowledge of finance operations, including close processes, reconciliations, treasury, financial reporting, and controls in a regulated environment
- āExperience deploying automation in a SOX-regulated or equivalent compliance environment
- āAbility to translate finance and business requirements into technical roadmaps and scalable solutions
- āAbility to bridge finance, technical, and business teams and influence senior stakeholders
Responsibilities
- āEvaluate finance workflows, including close, reconciliations, treasury, reporting, controls validation, and audit preparation
- āIdentify manual bottlenecks, capability gaps, and system integration failure points
- āBuild and prioritize a finance automation roadmap
- āTranslate finance process pain points into automation requirements
- āDesign the long-term architecture for an AI-native finance operating system
- āEvaluate finance systems, interfaces, and data flows to define a scalable target architecture
- āBuild an agentic finance layer alongside the existing finance stack
- āDeploy production-grade agentic workflows for finance operations
- āIntegrate APIs, data sources, and tools into automated workflows
- āDesign automation with appropriate human oversight, auditability, and control integrity
- āEstablish AI governance guardrails for a SOX-regulated financial environment
- āBuild frameworks for data classification, auditability, human checkpoints, failure detection, rollback, compliance, and design documentation
- āClassify automation builds by risk tier and confirm process ownership, data flows, access controls, and audit logging
- āRepresent the Finance domain in the Automate Everything Center of Excellence
- āCreate reusable frameworks, workflow templates, and documentation
- āTrain finance professionals on deployed AI-assisted tools and workflows
- āBuild metrics and dashboards to measure automation efficiency, cost, risk, and ROI
- āProvide leadership reporting on operational improvements, risk posture, and the finance platform roadmap
