Requirements
- ā3+ years of experience in CRM lifecycle marketing retention or marketing automation

- āStrong product and user sense
- āExperience with modern CRM tools (Braze a strong plus)
- āFluent communication in French and English

Responsibilities
- āOwn CRM and lifecycle strategy across all communication channels
- āDesign launch and continuously improve lifecycle journeys
- āBuild and evolve user segmentation for personalized communications
- āIdentify lifecycle opportunities from user behavior and churn signals
- āRun fast iterative experiments on messaging timing frequency and channel mix
- āExecute automated journeys and high impact campaigns
- āOwn migration to Braze and design scalable CRM setup including data structure journeys templates governance and localization
- āAnalyze performance across engagement and business metrics
- āCollaborate with Product Engineering Data Marketing and Compliance to support launches and initiatives
