Requirements

- â—ŹPartner with other Engineering Managers to drive the technical roadmap forward
- â—ŹSupport the engineering team in achieving a high level of technical excellence
- â—ŹManage processes to help the team do its best work and interface effectively with the rest of zerohash
- â—ŹRecruit, coach, and develop engineers
