Requirements

Responsibilities

  • ā—Define and own the global ecosystem and product partnership strategy
  • ā—Lead sourcing, evaluation, and negotiations for new chain, token, and product partnerships
  • ā—Build and manage a pipeline of ecosystem opportunities aligned with the product roadmap
  • ā—Shape joint product strategies with blockchain foundations, token issuers, and fintech partners
  • ā—Partner with Product and Engineering to scope, prioritize, and oversee delivery of integrations
  • ā—Structure and negotiate commercial frameworks, incentives, milestone programs, and long-term agreements
  • ā—Represent the company with founders, protocol executives, investment partners, and senior leaders
  • ā—Build and mentor a small high-performing team across partnerships, ecosystem architecture, and partner success
