Responsibilities:
Own the structured product line: Lead the planning, design, and innovation of the product roadmap, including Dual Investment, Discount Buy, and other yield-generating products
Design product rules and yield structures in collaboration with Quant and Market Maker to drive competitive pricing, TVL, volume, and revenue
Explore crypto × TradFi convergence opportunities including RWA, tokenized equities, and stablecoin yield products
Analyze product data and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and propose effective operational strategies
Partner with Marketing, BD, Risk, and Legal to drive product adoption
Requirements
3+ years of experience in financial products, with a strong preference for backgrounds in structured products, options trading, or wealth management; Web3/crypto experience is a plus
Solid understanding of options fundamentals and crypto market dynamics, including common yield sources and arbitrage mechanics
Outstanding communication, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to drive complex projects to completion
Strong user insight and innovative thinking, capable of translating user needs into product features
Fluent in Mandarin, with working-level English for effective cross-team and partner communication
