Responsibilities

  • ā—Manage a team of 7 to 10 distributors
  • ā—Ensure agent compliance with legal and policy requirements
  • ā—Execute and validate agent contracts
  • ā—Train agents on contract contents and operations
  • ā—Ensure agents are branded and have necessary supplies
  • ā—Coordinate monitoring of agent cash and e-value liquidity
  • ā—Monitor agent performance and report emerging issues
  • ā—Identify and troubleshoot underperforming agents and recover equipment
  • ā—Serve as primary contact for agency networks in the territory
  • ā—Execute operational excellence, cost management and regulatory compliance
  • ā—Coach, train and mentor distributors to meet service standards and KPIs
  • ā—Scout and prioritize zones for distribution efforts
  • ā—Provide distributors with daily supplies and work materials
  • ā—Report daily on distribution efforts, needs and field feedback
  • ā—Onboard and train new distributors and enforce team-building
