Requirements
- ā4-6 years of experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house at a technology company
- āEnglish - Native-level
- āStrong experience handling commercial agreements particularly SaaS and technology-related contracts
- āExperience advising on data privacy matters including GDPR CCPA and similar frameworks
- āAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- āHighly organized with strong attention to detail
- āProactive and comfortable owning projects end-to-end
- āBusiness-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving skills
- āStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- āNice to have: Experience working with crypto/web3 companies or strong familiarity with the ecosystem
