●Proven track record securing grants or ecosystem funding
●Excellent written and spoken English
●Strong business negotiation and resource integration skills
●User-centric mindset and ability to optimize customer experience
●High ownership, self-motivation and results orientation
●Experience in team management or customer service collaboration preferred
