About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Founding Product Manager to join us as an independent consultant and take ownership of our product vision, strategy and delivery. Working directly with the founders, you'll transform ambitious ideas into a clear product roadmap and oversee the successful delivery of our platform. You'll be responsible for ensuring we're building the right products, at the right time, while balancing customer needs, commercial priorities and technical feasibility.
This is not a traditional corporate Product Manager role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to play a key role in shaping an ambitious fintech business without the constraints of a large organisation.
As a self-employed consultant, you'll operate with a high degree of autonomy while becoming an integral part of our leadership team.

- Experience working in one of the following areas:
- Comfortable operating autonomously and taking ownership without extensive management.
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias towards action and delivering outcomes.
