Responsibilities
- āDevelop and execute sales strategies to expand presence and market share in Latam
- āDesign, implement, and refine the sales process and playbook for repeatability and scale
- āIdentify, engage, and acquire new clients and maintain a strong pipeline from prospecting to activation
- āEstablish and manage strategic distribution, channel, and commercial partnerships
- āGather, analyze, and share client and market feedback with product, growth, and leadership teams
- āDefine, monitor, and report on KPIs to measure sales, partnerships, and commercial performance
- āCollaborate with Expansion and Growth teams to co-create and execute GTM plans and regional campaigns
- āHire, train, and manage commercial and sales teams across the region
- āCoordinate with marketing, compliance, and operations to align regional priorities and ensure execution
