Requirements
- āTechnical degree in information technology or equivalent certifications and job experience

- āExperience with IT infrastructure maintenance desired but can be acquired
Responsibilities
- āMaintain, construct, repair, and refurbish facilities and properties
- āImplement policies and procedures to ensure optimal functioning of buildings, grounds, and equipment
- āMonitor daily operations of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management systems
- āTrack and manage work orders for quality, service standards, and budget compliance
- āObtain and maintain certifications to operate forklifts and personal lifts
- āCommunicate with interdepartmental staff
- āCoordinate with third-party partners and vendors
- āProtect sensitive and confidential information
- āUse ladders, step stools, power tools, and hand tools as required
- āUse internal software to track, record, communicate, diagnose, and operate hardware
- āPerform basic network troubleshooting, management, and installation
- āLift and move equipment up to 55 pounds
- āOperate electrical breakers up to 480 volts
- āPerform other duties as assigned
