Requirements

  • ā—5+ years of product management experience with payments, treasury, or transaction-heavy B2B financial products
  • ā—Deep understanding of payment lifecycles including initiation, routing, execution, settlement, refunds, reversals, and reconciliation
  • ā—Ability to translate complex backend capabilities into elegant, intuitive user experiences without losing operational rigor
  • ā—Experience with API-driven, event-driven, or ledger-based systems and ability to make product decisions around technical constraints
  • ā—Ability to reason about asynchronous flows, failure handling, retries, and operational exceptions
  • ā—Proven track record of owning a product domain end-to-end from strategy through delivery and operational follow-through
  • ā—Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and finance
  • ā—Data-informed decision-making and ability to identify and use appropriate KPIs
  • ā—Experience with payouts, acquiring, issuer processing, treasury flows, FX, or cross-border settlement (nice to have)

  • ā—Own the end-to-end payments product model for Reap Direct, covering initiation, tracking, management, and reconciliation
  • ā—Translate payment infrastructure, rails, ledger events, APIs, and webhooks into clear workflows and scalable product abstractions
  • ā—Design operational workflows and controls to simplify cross-border money movement and support internal teams at scale
  • ā—Identify gaps across the payments lifecycle and drive improvements in reliability, transparency, controls, and operational efficiency
