Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily business operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support the scalable growth of our Web3 ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines strong operational expertise with a solid understanding of the blockchain and crypto industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and improve day-to-day operational processes across the organization.
Coordinate activities between Product, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Support, and other departments.
Develop and implement efficient workflows, policies, and operational procedures.
Monitor project execution, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for management.
Support the launch and scaling of Web3 products and services.
Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and service providers.
Identify operational risks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Assist leadership in strategic planning and business operations initiatives.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Operations Management, Project Management, Business Operations, or a related role.
Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, and digital assets.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience working with project management tools such as Notion, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
