Responsibilities

  • ā—Build and lead the partnerships function to drive net new ARR
  • ā—Develop partnerships across wallets, chains, DEXs, dapps, infrastructure providers, compliance platforms, consultancies, and ecosystem organizations
  • ā—Design and operate partner programs including referral, reseller, marketplace, and embedded partnerships
  • ā—Operationalize co-selling and embed partners into the sales cycle
  • ā—Create integrations that expand distribution and embed security into partner platforms
  • ā—Own partner-driven pipeline and revenue targets
  • ā—Turn existing relationships into measurable revenue with clear targets and incentives
  • ā—Build the operating system for partnerships including onboarding, enablement, deal registration, forecasting, and performance management
  • ā—Define partner tiers and track partner impact across introductions, pipeline creation, influenced deals, and revenue
