Requirements

- āProven track record building partnerships that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
- āExperience designing and operating partner programs including referral, reseller, and co-sell motions
- āAbility to structure strategic alliances with large organizations and ecosystem partners
- āStrong experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and engineering
- āAbility to build repeatable processes and operating cadences for partnerships
- āStrong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and partner influence on deals
- āComfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with significant ownership and autonomy

Responsibilities
- āBuild and lead the partnerships function to drive net new ARR
- āDevelop partnerships across wallets, chains, DEXs, dapps, infrastructure providers, compliance platforms, consultancies, and ecosystem organizations
- āDesign and operate partner programs including referral, reseller, marketplace, and embedded partnerships
- āOperationalize co-selling and embed partners into the sales cycle
- āCreate integrations that expand distribution and embed security into partner platforms
- āOwn partner-driven pipeline and revenue targets
- āTurn existing relationships into measurable revenue with clear targets and incentives
- āBuild the operating system for partnerships including onboarding, enablement, deal registration, forecasting, and performance management
- āDefine partner tiers and track partner impact across introductions, pipeline creation, influenced deals, and revenue
- āRun regular partnership reviews to evaluate partner performance, health, and ROI
- āImplement tools and systems for shared account visibility and partner collaboration
- āLead ecosystem initiatives and coordinate joint GTM programs with protocols and partners
- āDrive co-marketing, thought leadership, and coordinated ecosystem initiatives with partners
- āRepresent the company externally as the executive owner of ecosystem strategy and partnerships
