Requirements
- ā5+ years in back office operations and/or payments management within a CFD brokerage Fintech Forex or iGaming environment with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role
- āStrong understanding of PSP relationships payment processing flows card acquiring alternative payment methods and PSP integrations
- āSolid understanding of CySEC regulations KYC AML GDPR and compliance obligations within a regulated brokerage environment
- āAbility to interpret payment data transaction reports and performance metrics to drive decisions and improvements
- āProven ability to lead and develop a team manage competing priorities and maintain high operational standards
- āStrong problem solving and communication skills
- āExperience with CRM systems transaction monitoring tools reporting platforms and payment gateways
Responsibilities
- āManage relationships with PSPs card acquirers and alternative payment providers
- āLead onboarding of new PSPs and payment methods including integrations and testing
- āMonitor PSP performance approval rates and transaction trends
- āOversee daily deposits withdrawals and payment operations
- āMonitor transactions to detect fraud chargebacks and suspicious activity
- āCollaborate with Risk Compliance and AML teams to mitigate payment related risks
- āAnalyse fraud trends and recommend improvements to payment security processes and controls
- āIdentify areas for automation and process improvements within payments workflow
- āPrepare reports on PSP performance approval rates transaction trends and operational issues
- āOversee back office processing of client transactions ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- āMonitor and enforce KYC procedures in line with CySEC regulations and AML framework
- āSupervise maintenance of accurate client records and secure handling of sensitive information in compliance with GDPR
- āCollaborate with Compliance on client onboarding ongoing monitoring due diligence and enhanced checks
- āPrepare internal reports on client activity transactional flows and risk exposure
- āWork with Finance on reconciliations and cash movement tracking
- āSupport internal and external audits by coordinating documentation and providing clarifications
- āMaintain well organized digital and physical archives of operational and client documentation
- āLead guide and develop the back office team
