Responsibilities

●Develop and execute a company-wide physical security strategy
●Advise executive leadership on physical security threats and regulatory requirements
●Collaborate with site leaders and cross-functional teams to enhance compliance and employee experience
●Evaluate and update security policies to address evolving risks
●Oversee daily security operations including guard services, access control, CCTV and alarm monitoring
●Lead security and safety audits, vulnerability assessments, and remediation activities
●Manage contracts, budgets, vendor performance, and security system operations
●Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans
●Develop emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity plans
●Perform digital threat monitoring, takedowns, and PII removal for executives
●Serve as a primary responder for physical security incidents and escalate appropriately
●Maintain readiness for emergency procedures, drills, and continuity of operations
●Partner with law enforcement and local agencies to support investigations
●Create and deliver training programs in emergency response and security awareness
●Provide security support for corporate events, projects, and office buildouts
