Responsibilities
- ●Develop and execute a company-wide physical security strategy
- ●Advise executive leadership on physical security threats and regulatory requirements
- ●Collaborate with site leaders and cross-functional teams to enhance compliance and employee experience
- ●Evaluate and update security policies to address evolving risks
- ●Oversee daily security operations including guard services, access control, CCTV and alarm monitoring
- ●Lead security and safety audits, vulnerability assessments, and remediation activities
- ●Manage contracts, budgets, vendor performance, and security system operations
- ●Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans
- ●Develop emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity plans
- ●Perform digital threat monitoring, takedowns, and PII removal for executives
- ●Serve as a primary responder for physical security incidents and escalate appropriately
- ●Maintain readiness for emergency procedures, drills, and continuity of operations
- ●Partner with law enforcement and local agencies to support investigations
- ●Create and deliver training programs in emergency response and security awareness
- ●Provide security support for corporate events, projects, and office buildouts
