Requirements

- āAdvanced SQL proficiency for querying large, complex datasets and reasoning about data model design
- āHands-on dashboarding and data visualization experience with Looker, Metabase, or Tableau
- āExperience with metrics development, data modeling concepts, and basic statistics on a modern warehouse + modeling stack (e.g., Snowflake + dbt)
- āComfort with Git-based workflows for managing analytics code and assets, including branching, pull requests, code review, and CI/CD
- āDemonstrated ability to leverage AI in analytics workflows (Snowflake-native AI, Cortex, Claude Code, Streamlit)
- āExcellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical and quantitative concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- āStrong stakeholder and requirements-gathering skills, including work on regulatory reporting, audit, and exam requests
- āGrowth mindset and high adaptability; comfortable with ambiguity and eager to experiment with new tools
