●Experience in FinTech, B2C, exchanges, or financial services
●Ability to work autonomously and proactively drive strategy and execution
●Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a bias toward impact

Responsibilities

●Define and execute data strategy covering analytics, data modelling, metrics, experimentation, and infrastructure
●Establish data principles, standards, and best practices to ensure high data quality and reliability
●Drive the evolution of the data platform to support scale and performance
●Lead, grow, and develop a data organisation of approximately 25 people
●Build managers and senior individual contributors and foster ownership and accountability
●Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent
●Own the metrics and KPI framework and ensure consistent definitions and governance
●Translate business questions into robust analytical solutions with cross-functional partners
●Enable data-informed decision-making across all organisational levels
●Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and clearly communicate insights and trade-offs
●Improve data literacy and establish a shared data vocabulary
