Requirements

  • ā—ACAMS certification a plus

Responsibilities

  • ā—Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders
  • ā—Lead collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • ā—Serve as first point of contact for billing accounts receivable and third party audit requests
  • ā—Organize and lead monthly calls and quarterly business reviews with supported clients
  • ā—Contribute to monthly revenue tracking and reporting
  • ā—Create account-based strategies focused on enablement account mapping upselling and co-marketing
  • ā—Channel client feedback to Engineering Product Sales Finance and Marketing
  • ā—Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive additional service usage
  • ā—Negotiate client agreements contracts and legal documents
  • ā—Design and implement data-driven reporting to track client satisfaction
  • ā—Own retention and contract renewals
  • ā—Maintain operational excellence and implement improvements to client-related processes
