Requirements

- āWillingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone
- āComfortable working in fast-paced sometimes challenging field conditions
- āHigh level of integrity and reliability
Responsibilities
- āEnsure agent quality and compliance with legal and policy requirements
- āTrain agents on application use contract contents rebalancing options and fraud management
- āBuild and equip a branded agent network in collaboration with the BTL team
- āMonitor cash and float availability with the agent liquidity team
- āConduct routine visits to assess agent performance and report emerging issues
- āIdentify and close underperforming agents recover company items and remove branding
- āServe as primary contact for agency networks acquiring products
- āChampion excellent customer service among distributors and agents
- āOversee distribution and marketing activations
