You will ensure continuous 24x7 operation and security of critical infrastructure, oversee day-to-day facility operations, and manage onsite technicians. Requirements
- āTechnical degree in information technology or equivalent certifications and job experience
- ā5+ years of experience in a critical infrastructure environment
- āComfortable working with a team of technicians in a 24x7 operating environment
- āExperience with electrical troubleshooting, HVAC, plumbing, construction, security, and fire protection preferred
- āExperience with IT infrastructure maintenance desired
Responsibilities
- āOversee personnel hiring, discipline, and performance assessment
- āEnsure facility uptime and production targets
- āManage maintenance, construction, repair, and refurbishment operations
- āImplement policies and procedures for building and equipment functioning
- āMonitor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste systems
- āTrack work orders for quality and adherence to service and budget standards
- āObtain and maintain certifications for equipment operation
- āCommunicate with internal staff and manage vendor relationships
- āUse internal software to track, record, and operate hardware
- āPerform basic network troubleshooting and installations
- āLift and move equipment up to 55 pounds
