Requirements
- ā7+ years in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, business development, technical commercial roles, or similar

- āAbility to understand APIs, system integrations, infrastructure concepts, blockchain architecture, and technical implementation workflows
- āStrong product judgment and ability to translate customer requirements into clear product direction
- āExcellent executive communication and commercial judgment
- āAbility to operate independently in ambiguity with high ownership
- āExperience with financial institutions, exchanges, brokers, derivatives businesses, fintech infrastructure providers, or other regulated market participants (nice to have)
- āFamiliarity with US market regulation and frameworks relevant to institutional trading environments such as CFTC, DCMs, DCOs (nice to have)
- āComfort reading smart contract logic, navigating blockchain explorers, and reasoning about technical systems (nice to have)
