Responsibilities
- āWork directly with the Chief of Staff and CEO office on high-priority initiatives across the business
- āTake ownership of a wide variety of tasks spanning research, commercial, operational, and administrative work
- āSupport sales efforts by joining calls, preparing materials, and following up with prospects
- āHelp drive key projects forward by coordinating across teams and ensuring execution stays on track
- āAct as a general problem-solver, stepping into gaps wherever needed to keep the business moving
- āManage and prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- āImprove internal processes and help scale systems as the company grows
- āProvide day-to-day support to the Chief of Staff to increase leverage across the leadership team
