  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tooling including CloudFormation Ansible and Terraform

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the platform engineering strategy focused on Kubernetes and DevOps
  • Develop a roadmap to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance
  • Oversee design, deployment, and management of cloud infrastructure (AWS GCP Azure)
  • Drive Infrastructure as Code adoption using Terraform and CloudFormation
  • Implement automation for CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and secure delivery
  • Ensure 24x7 availability and reliability of production systems
  • Lead incident response, postmortems, and root cause analysis
  • Set and uphold reliability metrics for critical services
  • Monitor and optimize cloud usage and infrastructure costs
  • Build and mentor a high-performing platform engineering team
