- Own sprint planning, execution, and delivery cadence across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Develop clear project plans including milestones, dependencies, timelines, and ownership in collaboration with engineering leads
- Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and scope creep, and coordinate mitigation early
- Maintain delivery visibility through clear, concise status reporting for internal and external stakeholders Client Success & External Coordination
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, integrations, and ongoing delivery
- Lead structured client check-ins to gather requirements, align on timelines, and manage expectations
- Translate client needs into clear engineering tickets, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans
- Coordinate launches and releases, ensuring readiness across engineering, documentation, and communications Cross-Functional Execution
- Coordinate across engineering, product, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities
- Partner closely with the Head of Operations to align sprint execution with company goals and delivery commitments
- Support execution on select cross-functional initiatives (e.g., operational improvements, process rollouts, audit-related execution) as needed Documentation & Process Improvement
